I got this lunch bag for work and I just love it. It keeps my food cold or hot and love you can charge your phone or other electronics in it and it sturdy and durable and it looks sleek and fashionableRoomier than I expected. If the bottom section was more rigid I would rate it five stars but it collapses when nothing is in the bottom. I am going to try adding a hard plastic box or something to ring the edges. I hope it holds up as good as it looks.I am most impressed with the hooks and clips for the back pack. The bottom keeps my food warm for 5 hours (not super warm, but still edible) and the top is great as a purse. I only wish that the bottom could completely separate so I could use the purse half on weekendszI use this lunchbox as a breastpump bag. It has an insulated bottom pouch that’s spacious enough to keep either breastmilk or formula! the top part fits my momcozy s12 pump a little snug but it fits!You will need an ice pack to leave milk in there for extended periods of time. Doesn’t look like a lunch bag and it keeps alll my pumping essentials accesible and together, they’re easy to forget in a diaper bag. 10/10Ordered the gray. Arrived in a couple of days. Check & check.This should be a 5 star product... but it's not bc I bought it as a lunch carry.There are no shoulder strap hooks - it's *only* a backpack thingy. Don't know how I missed that but I did.If I was using this for baby supplies or toiletries, that stuff would be fine to bumble around - & possibly tilt backward or forward when the backpack straps are gripped (everyone who wears a backpack meddle the straps...habit).Food bumpling about is undesirable. Can't be prevented but minimized if its carried level. Food doesn't need encouragement to mix (ex: PBJ need not wear the yogurt)Soooooo, if it's not a backpack the only carry option is those 2 shallow handles...to try to grip at 17° wearing ski gloves.Another reason I'd not use it as a back pack is that I already carry a backpack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07Q4HYVSM?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title)The thing needs a shoulder strap option.Returning it was impractical, however. To make it work for ME, I modified it - ordered a grommet set (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0932SZCGV?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) and put the backpack straps in shoulder carry position - where they belong.DEFINITELY recommended. If you don't mind food on your back or if you're only carrying diapers or doggie toys, it's a keeper. After all, I kept it.Is this a positive review or negative? Depends on where the reader chooses to concentrate. All I know is this: it's perfect...NOW.This lunch box has enough room for my food and all of my junk. I am a teacher and this is easy to store.I really truly loved this bag. I get so many darn compliments and in theory this bag would be perfect. I really wanted something that would carry my school supplies and my lunch so I don't have to carry two bags.Unfortunately, this bag just doesn't cut it if you need to carry anything more than a very small notebook, maybe a wallet, phone and a very light lunch. This will not fit a binder or standard 8X11 notebook by any means unless you try to fold it in half LOL. But like I said if you're not in school and just need something for say you're wallet and lunch then this is great.I like the plug for the portable charger. You can also remove the cable if you want to stick the bag in the fridge and put it back in once you're done. The bottom portion is insulated and can fit a can of soda, and a sandwich, maybe some other light snacks or something. Nothing too bulky. But the top portion could probably fit more that doesn't need to be insulated. Do be aware that the bottom portion flattens out a little because it's not rigid, so if you throw a sandwich in there, it might get flattened out if you have heavy things on top. I just put it in a Tupperware to make it more sturdy and was fine.I can't rate this below 4 stars because even though it didn't work for me, it is of excellent quality! it's a cute bag and I will definitely keep it and will probably find another use for it when I don't have to carry a million textbooks anymore.My coworker had this bag. I loved it. Sat up Just like the photo. I received mine and it is a cheaper version. So disappointed. However it’s still a nice cute purse like bag.
