Item arrived with part of emblem discolored and white paint flakes in the bag from it. .This lunch bag was for my daughter. She was not happy the item was not in a better condition. IMO, this insulation is flimsy and cheap looking. I do not think it will make it through the school year. I don't care much about 'brand names" but it does not compare to Igloo. It's good enough for school lunch, but I would not recommend taking for field trips because the food would probably not be cold.I've had this for about a month now and it's done beautifully! My bento box fits perfectly with room to spare for extras or my water bottle! (both if I'm using a smaller water bottle)It's easy to clean, some coffee got spilled onto the outside/bottom without me knowing so several days later I washed it by hand with a bit of dish soap and it came right out! Inside was super easy to wipe down and it keeps my food warmer/colder for longer than the other lunch bag I had!Daughter loves it . It has alot of roomGreat for school age kids. Fits everything we pack on a daily basis. Thick and spill proofit is made very well and keep lunch nice and warm or cold. little small but still holds a lot.my daughter uses it every day, and it does the job nicely.Happy with purchaseIt is adorable and easy to carry and pack.
