Highly recommend and will buy more from them for this reason!I like the removable divider inside. The plastic liner is easy to clean.The pattern is nice and overall it's a very convenient lunch pack. The zipper gets stuck on this.. It also happens with the other product i have from the same company. It's very pricey for this kind of issue. They need to work on their zippersI love the hard shell for the inside along with the separators, makes it easy for putting lunch together and it not getting crushed. The handle on my daughter's lunch box came apart. I contacted Swiglife through their website, and they are sending us new one immediately.Very versatile lunch box. Great that you can use it with or without the plastic insert. I bought because of that; no more squished sandwich. I do wish there were cross body or shoulder carry option but handle is sturdy.I have only had this item for a month and a half and the handle broke off so it can no longer be carriedI like the lunchbox just not the material uses for the drink holder.
